Advanced Nutrition Programme
“Feeding skin from within turbocharges the effects of skin care creams and in-salon treatments.”
Lorraine Perettta, iiaa Head of Nutrition
When it comes to healthy skin, what you put inside your body is as important as what you apply topically. Here at Midas Touch we use cutting edge skin care supplements to help our clients address fine lines, wrinkles, dryness, acne, oil, redness and sensitive skin. Speak to one of our skin experts today to discuss your skin nutrition needs and book a consultation.
Micro-needling (also known as CIT or Collagen Induction Therapy), is used to significantly improve the appearance of acne scars, aged and sun damaged skin, facial and décolleté lines, wrinkles and stretch marks. At Midas Touch we us the GOLD STANDARD of Micro-Needling equipment, Rejuvapen™. We chose Rejuvapen™ because there is less downtime, greater patient comfort and superior efficacy.
Performed by a highly trained therapist, using a hand held Rejuvapen™ device to create precise microscopic (virtually invisible) channels in the skin triggering a natural wound healing response to self-repair and regenerate the skin. By ‘damaging’ the skin in a controlled way we activate the skin’s natural repair function! Not only does this encourage the skin to rejuvenate itself but also absorbs the active peptides complex that we add while the skin is open! Collagen production is stimulated, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, improving the look of acne scarring, stretch marks and shrinking pore size. It can also improve the look of sun/age spots, letting you experience a fresher, smoother complexion. Unlike other Medical Micro Needling devices the Rejuvapen™ can be localised to the areas needed. This means we can focus more on areas such as scars or stagnant lines that need more of a boost! The Rejuvapen™ also allows us to control the depth of the needle used for areas that may need more or less intervention. Suitable for all skin types! 3 to 5 treatments recommended 3 to 6 weeks apart.
