As a courtesy to all our clients please be prompt for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will gladly reschedule your appointment but we may have to charge you for the missed service. Alternatively, we can offer you a shortened service.

Sorry No Children!
In the interest of Health and Safety please understand we cannot accommodate children under 16 for treatments or in the waiting area. In compliance with the Child Protection Act, persons 16 – 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for treatments.

Mobile Phones
Our salon is designed as a peaceful environment. Please respect our wishes and switch mobile phones off when you arrive. They cause great disturbance to the treatment of other clients.

Should I Tip?
Leaving gratuities is optional but much appreciated for a job well done.

48 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment would be appreciated to enable us to accommodate
a clients on our waiting list. A credit/debit card number is required for all new clients and all appointments
lasting 60 minutes or longer. A charge of 30% will be deducted from your card in the event that you do
not attend or give less than 12 hours’ notice of cancellation.
