As a courtesy to all our clients, we would ask you to be prompt for your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or offer you a shortened service.

In the interest of Health and Safety, please understand that we cannot accommodate children under 13 for treatments or in waiting areas. Select treatments are available for persons 13 – 18 years of age, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for these treatments.

Life outside our doors is fast-paced and boisterous; help us achieve a peaceful environment inside our salon by keeping your mobile phone on silent.

Gratuities are never expected but greatly appreciated. All gratuities are given directly to the therapist who provided your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or change your appointment, as short‑notice cancellations leave us unable to fill the space.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee. A 50% booking fee is needed to secure all appointment.
